The Nakamata Group, which specializes in high-quality nodoguro (sea bream) dishes, opened this restaurant by adding the "hara-yaki" cooking method to its offerings.

We serve large, high-quality nodoguro (sea bream) weighing more than 500 grams, grilled over charcoal.

We also offer a wide variety of beverages to enjoy along with our signature dishes.
We are especially proud of our shochu, which has a long history in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima Prefecture.

    By serving it "roast", you can enjoy the juicy fat and the delicious taste of the meat, which only Nodoguro can provide.
