A long-established sushi restaurant that has been in operation for 55 years was renewed and reopened in 2022 as "HASHIDA TOKYO." The owner-chef, Kenjiro Hashida, opened 'HASHIDA SINGAPORE' in 2013, which has since won numerous local restaurant awards. The dishes created by Hashida go beyond sushi; they include traditional Japanese cuisine made from carefully selected seasonal ingredients sourced personally by him, along with his own modern adaptations in a kaiseki style course. Every dish reflects a sincere engagement with the ingredients, bringing out their unique characteristics.     The concept of the building is inspired by a storehouse. Upon entering, you will find a mysterious space where another shop appears, and each floor offers a different atmosphere. The first floor recreates the original Hashida, the second floor features a bar counter made with tatami mats, and the third floor is infused with the preferences of the second-generation Chef Hashida. Not only is there a unique space, but there are also elements designed to please our customers, as well as a space reflecting Chef Hashida's hobbies and passions.
