A long-established sushi restaurant that has been in operation for 55 years was renewed and reopened in 2022 as "HASHIDA TOKYO." The owner-chef, Kenjiro Hashida, opened 'HASHIDA SINGAPORE' in 2013, which has since won numerous local restaurant awards. The dishes created by Hashida go beyond sushi; they include traditional Japanese cuisine made from carefully selected seasonal ingredients sourced personally by him, along with his own modern adaptations in a kaiseki style course. Every dish reflects a sincere engagement with the ingredients, bringing out their unique characteristics.
