Our pancakes are made by blending a variety of ingredients and putting them through a mixer to create the batter.

Each morning, we begin by cracking hundreds of eggs and manually separating the yolks from the whites.

After an order is placed, the required amount of meringue is made in the mixer, combined with the batter, and baked.

You can also enjoy our original whip, which is a unique blend of Hokkaido whip and is thick and original!
