A long-established tsukudani and boiled bean shop located in Shinbashi, Tokyo. We offer tsukudani, furikake, chazuke, and other delicacies suitable for souvenirs, mid-year gifts, and year-end gifts. The Shinbashi main store has a new 3-seat eating and drinking counter so that customers can enjoy the tsukudani taste on the spot. You can enjoy kaiseki chazuke and rice balls made with Niigata Koshihikari rice. Please feel free to stop by for lunch or a light meal.

    A marriage course of tsukudani and wine from a long-established restaurant founded in the Edo period

    At the food and beverage counter of the Shinbashi Tamaki-ya, a long-established tsukudani specialty restaurant established in the Edo period, the Shinbashi main store is now offering an original Western-style menu using tsukudani for a limited number of three people per day. We have arranged tsukudani, a traditional Japanese food loved as a friend of rice, to go well with wine.

    Princess Nishin tsukudani with sauerkraut and sour cream.

    Ayu fish and cucumber tartine
    Cut up ayu fish simmered in a sweetfish sauce and served as canapés.

    Eel tsukudani with chocolate and balsamic vinegar.

    Sicilian Style Cappellini with Grape Asari
    Prickly pear tsukudani scallions are made into a pasta dish!

    Chantilly with beans and yogurt, orange flavor
    Zazen-mame (black beans) and grape-mame (soybeans) on yogurt for dessert.
