We offer the same taste of the main restaurant, which was selected as one of the 100 best restaurants for three consecutive years.

The most distinctive feature of our restaurant is the "jiyaki" method of grilling without steaming.
The skin is crispy and the meat is soft and tender.

We thoroughly reproduce the taste of eel served in Nagoya.
Rare green eel is used.

    Seating is for 2 hours.
    Private room charge: 1000 yen per room (from 3 persons).
    If there are more than 7 people, 2 rooms may be connected together. If the number of guests exceeds 7, two rooms may be connected, and the private room fee will be charged for the two rooms.
    The room will be reserved after all the reserved guests are present.
    If you arrive 10 minutes after the reserved time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
    If you arrive early, we will not be able to show you to your room until your reserved time. Even if you arrive late, we will not be able to push back the time for you to leave. Please understand that.

  • Specialty Hitsumabushi with Liver

    One of the specialties at Unafuji is eel bowl with liver or hitsu-mabushi with liver, which is served on top of a bowl of rice topped with a fat, round liver. We are particular about opening the belly of the eel, which requires craftsmanship, to extract the plump and beautifully shaped liver. The grilled eel with liver, coated with our famous sauce, which is not available outside the restaurant, is also available as an individual dish. The quantity of eel dishes with liver is limited, so please try it as soon as possible.
