At Sushi Murase, the owner, who trained in renowned restaurants, uses fresh ingredients daily to deliver exquisite Edomae sushi at a beautiful hinoki counter. The aged toppings and the specially crafted vinegared rice by the artisan harmonize perfectly to create an exquisite flavor. Additionally, there are staff members who can communicate in English, ensuring that foreign customers can enjoy their experience with ease. Wheelchair access is available, and the restaurant is designed to be barrier-free to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Private bookings are also possible, so please consult us in advance regarding the number of guests and your budget.

In the omakase course, you can enjoy a variety of menus filled with freshness that changes daily, providing a sense of specialness.

    The only option available is the chef's choice course, and the recommended dishes, sushi, and rolls will change depending on the day's ingredients and the condition of the fish. We offer a wide selection of approximately 35 types of sake primarily from Tokyo, Tohoku, and the Mie Prefecture area. Depending on the meal's contents, we can also suggest recommendations; please choose from high, medium, or low. Of course, we also have options other than sake, so please ask the staff.
