Our restaurant located in Akasaka, Tokyo, is a one-of-a-kind yakiniku restaurant that reinterprets Japan's traditional food culture in a modern way. With the concept of "yakiniku you want to eat again tomorrow," we have meticulously focused on everything from the selection of cuts, seasoning, and dining method to presentation. As the name suggests, the dishes created using eight perspectives and six secret techniques are masterpieces that stimulate all five senses, not just taste.

The course meals utilizing seasonal ingredients shine with the craftsmanship and passion embedded in each dish. A refined space and attentive hospitality further enhance the dining experience on special occasions.
