The chef Matsuno Tomoki, recognized by the renowned producer Yoshihiko Matsuo of Japan's legendary cooking show "Iron Chef," is a culinary talent. Born as the second son of the sushi culinary genius Matsuno Yoshikazu, he trained in the family business before becoming independent. As the head chef of the Japanese restaurant "Sake no Hana" in London, he showcased his skills to VIPs from around the world.

After returning to Japan, he has worked as a food advisor, creating unique Japanese dishes and fusion cuisine that reflect his innovative sensibility.

The skilled owner offers a variety of unique dishes, including sashimi and sushi that highlight seasonal ingredients. In particular, dishes like beef stew and a wide range of others have received high praise among food connoisseurs.
