Our restaurant offers authentic sushi at a reasonable price. We serve excellent dishes using Fujita Fishery's tuna, which is said to be a mirage, and other carefully selected ingredients shipped directly from the production area.
More than 30 types of Japanese sake from Niigata Prefecture are perfect to go with our sushi.
In particular, Fujita Suisan's tuna has an exceptional taste and is a must-try item.

The restaurant's spacious and relaxing interior is ideal for a meal with your family or partner.
The rice is made from "Mizuhonokagayaki" rice from Myoukousi, Niigata Prefecture, with no sugar used to enhance the sweetness of the rice.
This special sushi rice allows you to enjoy the finest quality ingredients.
