Details
Join us as we teach you how to prepare traditional Japanese dishes and make four easy and delicious dishes together. First, we will make dashi (Japanese soup stock). Dashi is a simple seaweed-based broth that is the foundation of Japanese cuisine. Using seasonal ingredients and dashi, we will create a home-style appetizer, side dish, soup, and dessert. Ingredients will be explained, cooking tips will be provided, and step-by-step instructions will be given on how to prepare the dishes using local cooking utensils. Each dish can be prepared in about 20 minutes. While there are many complicated and time-consuming Japanese recipes out there, I want you to learn recipes that you can use back home. When it is ready, let's eat it together. <Menu> Beef wrapped with okra, grilled salmon with saikyo, dashimaki egg, miso soup, rice balls
